Paul Holmes is New Zealand's well known broadcasting personality; he set about planting a large olive grove twelve years ago in the wine growing area in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. Paul produced world class Extra Virgin Olive Oil at Mana Lodge, enabling Paul's Olive Oil to grace the tables of Michelin Star establishments like the Amstel Hotel in Amsterdam and The Merion Hotel In Dublin.
With Paul being extremely busy he was looking for a business partner to develop new markets, so it was opportune he met Rachael Speedy. Rachael had managed a number of successful businesses and wanted a new challenge; it was fortuitous that Rachael had spent two years researching the opportunities of exporting the finest New Zealand food and beverages forcusing on the Asian region.
With Rachael's experience in business and Paul's with media and both with contacts internationally, it was a recipe for success.
